What is the future of the library?
What is a library when ‘everywhere is here’? UPDATE- This thesis won the National Corobrik Architectural Thesis Award 2010. I have made the entire Thesis Document available for download here: www.activeingredient.org -UPDATE This architectural animation explores the question of the role of the public library when digital information is everywhere and is everything. What happens to the spaces of books? and how should traditional spaces of information change for a digital world? Even better… in the developing world, how could the library nurture an information society, when people don’t have access at home? Could the future of the library be an urban information bar? or a theatre of knowledge? and what does that really mean anyway? This animation is just an introduction to my architectural masters thesis called EVERYWHERE IS HERE: I will be blogging some random stuff at www.everywhereishere2009.blogspot.com Personal Website: www.activeingredient.org All comments and thoughts welcome!

fragments as the meta description
Definition, analysis and optimization described in the pages of search results (Fragments) through the meta description tag describes.
Improve the text quoted this description (description) is very important to increase CPM rates in the official Google Webmaster blog, has released a tool for webmasters and Google also has a team of pieces of equipment, this fragment is shown a very important and everything is just the beginning.
Now that you know well how the fragments of time. We'll have to further research on it:
The quality of your snippet – the short to allow the characters to the search results preview – have a direct impact on the ability of your site is not, and click or indirectly to the Google traffic. Google has many strategies to choose the pieces (which will return to this later) and can be customized to provide information through the meta description for each URL.
<Meta name = "description" CONTENT = "informative description here "/>
Why pay any attention to decriptions goal?
Google fragments to reflect the content search results. Google usually preferred to meta description of the page (if any), as it offers users to get the content of some clear direction. It will help users get accurate results faster and avoid looking to find the content to users, depression and the cost of traffic web. Keep in mind that meta descriptions contained in the tag sequence will not be in this category and are less likely to be shown in comparison with other information, as a fragment. One important thing is whether the meta description can help increase the percentage of clicks that do not affect anything to rank your site in search results.
How to create quality meta description
– Create a different description for each page
– Describes the use of duplicate or similar at all sites will not be useful when each page appears in search results. This case, Google will not display a description of the goal. Building trust described, reflect the content of each page. Using the domain name level described for home pages or general, then apply the standard page description for the rest.
Priority should be put ingredients on their website, because if you do not have time to make the description of each of each page, at least create a description for guidance as important as the home or other popular sites.
Description should contain important information
Meta description does not necessarily have a structure, you can add a data structure related to the page. For example, a message or personal blog posts can include the author's name, date or information messages. This information can provide the user with useful information otherwise hard not to be used as the fragment.
Similar to the product page contains important information about course prices, dates, producers …. Card lock descriptions can contain all the information. For example, the analysis described in the card related to the book "Search Engine Optimization For Dummies. "This is the most information about the book:
Not reasonably described:
target <name = "description" CONTENT = "Domain ten [that quan]: Search Engine Optimization For Dummies (2nd edition): Books: Kata, Peter Kent Peter Kent, Kata" />
There are several reasons for the card on the work described above, is not considered a good description of the search results:
* The full title book overlap with the title of the Web. * Information on the right of appointment and duplicates author in this case, "Peter Kent". * Lack of information description, for example, people do not know "Kata" is? * The lack of distance and how to prevent the alert mark is hard to read.
All these factors make the user views the search results page will take time for analysis and description, of course, often ignored Link to this page. So rotten, a description is optimized for ease of reference:
name <target = "description" CONTENT = "Author: Peter Kent, Illustrator: Kata, Caterory Computer, Price: $ 25, Length: 400 pages" />
As we see, the description of the elimination of duplicate information and further details, while the most clearly separated. You simply add a least some power to describe the quality by the addition of prices, the length of the site, which may be useful information for users.
Programming automatically generate descriptive
Several pages of news, then create the correct description of each message is quite simple, as each article is very difficult to write, while the creation of a separate description of semantics is only a slight effort. For pages that are writing the large descriptive database manually tag is very difficult. In this case
automatically create described as very encouraging, if not convert text spam Ooij nature. A better description is a rich semantic description we have mentioned above.
Section describes the quality
Finally you should ensure that the description is used to describe it is …. Because it will not be shown directly to the page so ignore the description vulnerable quality. However, it shows in the pages of Google search results – if the quality of description of the requirements established. Just a little effort is just one card, you can create a reasonable description and helps show the exact content of web pages in search results. Not only improve the quality of your website, but also offers potential customers for the page.

Adwords Marketing – How to Get Started
Worldwide, people use Google to search the Internet almost 200 million times a day. . . every day of the year.
And U.S. research indicates that over a third of those searches, the user is actively seeking a product or service to buy (source: Bizrate.com – Kelsey Group survey)
70% of U.S. households now use the Internet as an information source when shopping locally for products and services (Source: Constat – Kelsey Group survey.)
And 85% of Google users in the U.S. have made an online purchase in the last six months (Source: ComScore Media Metrix).
Statistics like that have good exposure on world number one search engine in a business need in growing industries.
But since you are no doubt aware. . . achieve a leading position among the natural search results on Google is like a mirage in the desert for many businesses.
No wonder then that more than 800,000 companies around the world until now have decided that the answer, at least in part, is pay per click program from Google.
Where to start?
So I would like to create their own AdWords success story, but you do not know where to get started. . . Right?
There are literally thousands of websites and blogs that publish articles on the web about this subject, ranging from simple amateurs to professionals. In almost all cases, the publishing model is 'ad supported', so access is free.
Quality issues aside (which are important), the single biggest limitation with these resources from a user perspective is the fragmented nature of the process of information discovery. No site offers a step by step training course online.
While many web articles individually useful, information overload (And double handling) make this route a frustration for many who want to learn about the AdWords program from the bottom up.
There currently exist three books available on this topic:
"Winning Results with Google AdWords"
by Andrew Goodman
"Essential Guide Google AdWords "
by Perry Marshall
"AdWords for Dummies"
by Howie Jacobson
The three books Amazon.com traded at $ 24.95 in U.S., but only the last title is suitable for beginners. . . the other two take some experience.
If idea of wading through several hundred pages of dry text on this subject does not appeal, then head to the website of the author, when it is the only field step by step starting AdWords available on DVD.
